Description:
1) The WPC machine for WPC solid board developed by POLYTECH.This line consists of mixers, feeders, extruders, distributor, extrusion T die, shaping mould, calibrating table, cooling bracket, protect film lamination device, haul-off unit, auto-cutter and stacker.
2) The WPC solid board extrusion line has the advantage of high output, stable extrusion and high foamed ratio. The co-extrusion technology increases the surface hardness, decreases the cost and increase the comparativeness.
3) The WPC solid board production line can also extrude the foamed PVC board with skinning or celuka foamed board, construction formwork etc with some small change of the line.
