1).The specially designed screws ensure high plasticization rate.
2).Special T-type die ensure the precise control of thickness of the plastic sheet/board. Temperature controlling system(±1°C) can precisely control the plastificating process and ensure precise thickness and flatness of the products.
3).The thickness of sheet is precisely adjusted by adjusting the screws and oil pressure wheels.
4).The calendar can freely rise and fall. Unattached roll temperature controlling system can precisely control the temperature of the roll.
5).The cutting machine can precisely control the cutting length.
6).The winder can automatically adjust the speed and tension and set the width of needed products freely.
7).The machine equipped with meter counter can set the length of product.
8).This PE production line can produce PE single layer, multi-layers composite sheet
9).This PE production line can be produced with additives to different requirement such as improving intensity, improving toughness, flame retardant, embossing ,frosting etc.
10).PE sheet production line can produce PE sheet with thickness:0.1-3mm,width: 700-3000mm.
