PET plate is much different from thin sheets making, this need very high efficient heat transfer on mould to avoid crystallization
when plate in calendaring forming.
Products application:
PET material is much lower cost than PC, and PMMA, after surface hardness treatment, the plate can be widely used for
advertisement plates or machine safe door... this will be a new material for transparent plates
Main Technical Parameters of machine:
For this line, we use degassing singe screw extruder, without any pre-drying device to save much energy.
Extrusion capacity : 400kg/hr
Plate thickness range: 0.8 to 5.0mm
Plate width : 1000 to 1500mm
